Just looking to freshen up your current shortblock? Weber Racing Equipment started its roots in doing engine repair as well as new engine assembly. We can take your worn out LS series engine and bring it back to life, making it better than ever without breaking the bank! A Weber Racing LS Freshen up includes:

• Dissassembly of your factory shortblock.
• Strip block of all plugs and old cam bearings
• Dissassemble piston and rod assemblies.
• Remove piston rings from pistons.
• Jet wash Connecting Rods, Pistons, Crankshaft and Block.
• Recondition Connecting Rods with ARP Rod bolts.
• Blast clean pistons.
• Press Rod and Pistons back together.
• Install new performance piston rings
• Micropolish Crankshaft
• CNC Square Deck Block
• Hone Cylinders for ring finish w/ torque plate.
• Align Hone Mains with new bolts. ARP Main Studs are an option.
• Detail block for assembly.
• Clearances are checked to be within specification. Speed Pro Main and Rod Bearings, Durabond Cam Bearings and Federal Mogul Piston Rings are installed.
• Shortblock is assembled in our clean engine assembly room.
• New GM plug kit is installed to ensure no leaks.

All of this will be completed in 1 weeks time. We can arrange to have the engine picked up from a local Fed Ex location or from a place of buisness. Shipping is discounted to keep the cost down. There are many additional upgrades available. Contact us with any questions you may have.
